We had a wonderful stay next to the harbor with great facilities and everything we needed.

The newly renovated kitchen and bathroom were very nice, and the views over Stromness and Hoy were amazing. The accommodation reminded me of a real home from home, and we even spotted wildlife from our window. Deborah, the host, was lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect, close to the attractions we wanted to see and just a short drive or walk from Stromness Harbour port.

We got great value for our money with newly renovated facilities and amazing views over Stromness and Hoy. The location was perfect, just a short drive or walk away from the town and ferry. The hosts, Kevin and Deborah, were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was the perfect getaway for us and our dogs, with a private dog walking path right by the hotel.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a bit more variety.

Likes and Best Aspects: The owners of this accommodation were the friendliest hosts ever! They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The property itself was modern and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a self-catered stay. The view of the harbor from the lounge was absolutely stunning, and sitting there in the evening was the perfect way to relax. Plus, the location was excellent, just a short drive or walk from the town of Stromness, so we could easily explore the area.

Dislikes and Worst Aspects: Unfortunately, there were a couple of downsides to our stay.

Well-equipped with central heating, an iron and ironing board, and a TV. The room looked like it had just been done up and felt fresh. 😊

My recent stay at Lindisfarne in Stromness was absolutely amazing. The location was breathtaking, offering stunning views of the village and close proximity to attractions. The self-catering flat was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were lovely and even provided fresh flowers, tea, coffee, sugar, and milk. We enjoyed watching movies from their DVD collection and appreciated the plentiful heaters. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the island.

We had an amazing stay at this self-catering accommodation with stunning views overlooking the harbor and village. the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom were fantastic, and the cozy sofa made us feel right at home. We even got to spot wildlife from our window, like hares and curlews. the hosts were extremely helpful and gave us great tips for exploring the area. the location was perfect, just a short drive or walk into town.

Het was een prettige ervaring om in dit mooie duplex appartement te verblijven. Het was schoon en comfortabel, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De locatie was ideaal, met een prachtig complex en een heerlijk zwembad. 's Nachts was het er lekker rustig, waardoor we goed konden ontspannen. Gelukkig was het handig dat er verschillende supermarkten in de buurt waren, op slechts een paar minuten rijden met de auto. Gelukkig was het strand goed bereikbaar, slechts een korte autorit van 5-7 minuten. Natuurlijk was er op zaterdag een grote markt vlakbij.

Helaas werkte de airconditioning niet goed in één van de slaapkamers, wat een probleem was gezien de hitte in Antalya eind juli. Hierdoor konden we die kamer niet gebruiken.
